So I'm somewhat new to DMing and I'm running Curse of the Crimson Throne for some of my friends and we are still early into the first book but I was wondering should I introduce them to who BlackJack is as per the rumors that their characters would know of him since they all grew up in or have been living in the area for some amount of time or should I wait until he intervenes at the execution site and after explaining the situation say oh by the way BlackJack is a town hero/vigilante think of batman except he has no real problems with the law...until now that is
