Bug report

While downloading a number of files today from my account, I encountered the following error every 5 or 6 downloads. I would click on the link to personalize, download the file, and move on to another file.

"Re-enter Store. You backtracked too far. The application backtracking limit of 30 has been exceeded."

Once I get this, I have to exit completely and restart the Paizo site.

Can someone please review this order?

It's showing shipped items from September, October, and November, including replacements items and seems to be reshipping items and charging postage for books I already have. I can't come close to the authorization amount, which seems excessively high also.

I totally misread this thread a few weeks ago and had saved the wrong dates.

I see some dates have shifted though for processing, so is there any chance of getting added to the list?

(If this is a practical impossibility, who is the most bribable person at the Paizo booth?)

A few months ago I added a pre-order for the Storyteller's Thesaurus into my sidecart, however, I just recently got onboard the Kickstarter for this product so no longer need that order.

Can you please cancel that for me?

I received the following update today. Not quite a solution yet, but at least Ryan is communicating now.

Dear Backer,

We continue to review with Paizo their progress in clearing the customer service queue from the Kickstarter fulfillment. Yesterday we were updated on their progress and they are still working through a significant backlog and that is blocking their ability to begin processing the Print Pack Add-On fulfillment requests that are still pending.

We know this is a frustrating delay. We are doing everything we can to help expedite this process. As soon as we have more information to convey to you we will send additional updates.

So my question now becomes, to whom can I escalate this issue?

This has been hanging in limbo for over a month now, and I would appreciate an answer from management.

It's just frustrating that no one seems to be taking responsibility at Goblinworks for putting this issue to bed. Also, the lack of communication to those of us affected just makes it that much more aggravating.

I am one of the affected ones also, and the only response I've received up to today (July 7th) is the canned response that they'll be resolving these issues next week.

My math may be shaky, but this has been an outstanding issue for over a month now, and I haven't heard any other response about this. At this point I don't care if I don't get the special version, but I sunk an additional $100 into this product for a print pack, and while everyone else is getting their exclusive or regular copies, I'm stuck in limbo waiting to hear the status of my money.

I hope that someone sees this and moves it along - Goblinworks only answers my emails with the same form letter every time.

Disappointing to be sure. :(

Will the release date coincide with GenCon and will the book be available for purchase at the show?

Is there a plan for preorders, and if so, will those attending GenCon be able to pick up their preorders on site?

The map of Crimmor is very nicely done, but seems to be missing upwards of 6 or so of the places that are numbered. #81 for instance.

Where are the missing buildings located?

Any chance of getting a revised map posted online?
