Hey there friend.
I recently ran the into the unknown as a first time GM with my group who were also all new to SF.
Honestly, just get your cheat sheet, take it slow and you'll be surprised how smooth it goes for you. I certainly was. It just sort of rolled much better than I expected. If something that you aren't sure happens, make it up, make a note, then check the rules after the session. There were a couple of things I clarified for my self afterwards, but it's much easier to do after you've had a go
