Just as a comment, I downloaded the player's guide for the Serpent's Skull and printed up here at work. Took about an hour to print all 12 pages. It's a Cannon imageRunner 600, so granted it's an older machine with older drivers. But files of similar size to this take about 15 minutes to print, so there's a serious problem in printing. I've tried printing other Paizo PDFs that I've gotten, and all of them take much longer to print than they should. I don't know what program you're using to create these files with, but there are many ways to reduce the printing time. Granted, many of them will end up with lower-quality pictures, but I would much rather have lower-quality pictures in a file that prints quickly.
