I spoke to the fine fine folks at Crystal Caste just this past Thursday, and they said "they'll be here in June, that's all we know."

So, uhh, check back in like June and stuff :)

Sweet thanks. And I will be back

Quick question. Do you all have any idea when the D'oh dice will be ready?

It is in #124. It is called "The Whispering Cairn" and it is outstanding.

Thanks for the quick response Bill. :)

Ok I have a quick question about the age of worms campain. In what dungeon is the frist adventure in??? I know its kind of a dumb dumb question but I'm kinda new to 3.5. So any help would be great.

Thanks.

May mielikki guide us on our path.

I think that a lot of credit for good RPG campaigns has to be given to GMs...I've played some pretty weak game systems that were incredibly fun to play because of a good GM.

I couldn't agree with you more F2k. I think that we all have had some good times with bad games just because of the GM's.

As far as the Forgotten Realms being really fun I can't agree more there as well. I have played in the "Realms" since it came out. One of the best settings of all time. IMO.

With that said may "Mielikki guide us on our path"

I must confess I Only have the three core 3.x books and the fiend folieo. I sold all my other stuff when I got into 3.5.

Hi all I'm just puting out some feelers. I am thinking of moving to either new york, or maybe K.C area. I was just wondering if there are any games in those areas that I might be able to join. This is still in the planing stage so no promises. That it is going to be about 6 to 9 months down the road.

Thanks All

I bought Ravenloft: Domains of Dread and downloaded it. It downloaded, but when I tried to open it, Acrobat Reader said it was "too damaged to read".

I've downloaded two other products from your site before, and both came out fine. I downloaded Domains of Dread twice to make sure it was broken, and not just an interrupted download. Same result both times. I think something's wrong with the file.

Any way I can get a clean copy?

Something you May want to try is to (re)personalize the file. I had the same problem with the deck of encounters for 2nd edition. So Give it a shot. I hope it works for ya.

Actually, it's not a misprint. It's just a somewhat poor layout decision. The entirity of page 135 is a massive, full-page sidebar (note the sidebar swipes at the top and bottom of the page). The running text from the end of page 134 flows right into 136 as it should, since it treats the sidebar in the same way it'd treat a full-page illustration.

A perfect example, though, as to why you should never have sidebars that take up more than a third of a page. 200-300 words is the most you should ever try to pull off in a sidebar.

Well thanks for the info James. I didn't notice th e sidebar bars. Boy I feel kinda stupid. But in the imortal words of Forest gump "stupid is as stupid does". I guess that fits me today. LOL :)

No, not starting one...yet. I do want to ask a few questions to my fellow gamers out there, though, as some have expressed an interest in being a campaign run by myself. Here goes:

1.) Setting Faerun, Eberron, Greyhawk, or a homebrew?
2.) Magic High or low?
3.) Psionics Yes or no?

That's just a start, but I'm looking for thoughts and opinions from everybody else. I am planning on having a campaign website/wiki for sharing of information for this venture.

Well Lilith. Myself I like homebrew or faerun. With high magic and no Psionics. But that is just me. If you want to use psionics just drop the level of magic. I have found that it has worked for me in the past. Good luck with the game. I would like to join but live in Utah. :(

I was just wondering how many people have noticed the missprint on page 135 of the PHB. At the end of page 134 it is talking about the dex. modifier. Then it jumps to combat basics on page 135. Now on page 136 it goes back to talking about the dex. modifier.

I just thought it was kinda funny. I was also wondering how many other people saw the same mistake?
