But I suspect most people never actually play a scenario with those cards as part of their deck.

I too am a new player and on the 2nd adventure deck. I was wondering what the point of the adventure paths reward is (gaining a card feat) when that is the end of the adventure path and theres no more challenges remaining? I know you're suppose to start afresh with S&S.
