I made the assumption based off of flavor of slashing grace explicitly calling out that it works with all feats and class abilities of swashbuckler that the wondrous item intended for swashbuckler's would work. Though the RAW does not explicitly call out that slashing grace counts as one handed piercing for item and item abilities.
