ya know i "pre"ordered some clear&smoke dragon dice. waited a couple weeks, looked at the pre-order FAQ and realised that there was no release date. so the next step was to call customer service to find out that yes there is no idea when the dice would "be made". fine, so lets switch to some dragon dice in stock...ok no problem. now it is 2 weeks later, so where are the dice i ordered? should i wander 2 hours north to knock on the door "excuse me, can i have my dice"?
