After the current pending order (Wrath of the Righteous 6), please cancel my Adventure Path subscription.
Thanks.
Please remove People of the Sands from my sidecart.
Thanks! :)
I had to change where I was extracting to for some reason (this time around, it only showed the book and not the interactive maps but when I extracted it to a different folder, they were both there).
Thanks. :)
Hello, its me again.
I'm trying to download Wrath of the Righteous #5 (single file) and it seems to download ok, but the zip file only contains the interactive maps, not the book itself.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer. :)
Hello again,
This is in reference to an order from the Great Golem Sale. It has shipped so no complaints there, but my bank no longer shows the payment as pending or cleared. It was pending for a little while and now its just gone. Is this a glitch on their end or did something happen here?
Thanks in advance!
Thank you! (Sorry about that.)
Could you remove the classic D&D character sheets from my side cart?
Thank you. :)
Unfortunately, I must request that my maps subscription be cancelled.
Thank you.
Cosmo wrote: I apologize for the mix up! I will put your Map Folio into your sidecart to go out with your next subscription shipment. Please keep the mistakenly shipped poster with our apologies.
Thanks,

No apologies necessary. You guys are awesome, even (especially) when you make the very rare mistake.
Thanks. :D
Me again. :D
I added the Skull & Shackles Poster Map Folio to my sidecart for last month's subscription, which arrived today with what appears to be the Skull & Shackles promotional poster instead.
Any way I could get that Poster Map Folio added to my next subscription shipment?
Thanks.
I already used the holiday13 code so that's a brainfart on my part for the ksthanks code.
Thanks for putting up with my stupid questions as always. :D
Howdy and sorry to bother you once again but...
While placing this order, it sort of skipped the whole choose payment step and went directly to "thank you for your order."
I had intended to not use store credit on this and use the ksthanks code, but never got a chance to.
Would it be possible to fix that or is it already too late since this is a PDF order?
Thanks.

Okie dokie. Thank ye kindly.

Awesome! Thanks! :D
Would it be possible to double check the replacement to make sure it doesn't have the same problem before it ships?
Hi, sorry to bother you again but I just received Pathfinder Adventure Path #61 and there is a major printing error.
Pages 17-32 repeat, replacing pages 33-48 (which are completely missing).
I am content to use the PDF when I run the adventure, but, if possible, a replacement copy would be groovy.
Thanks.
Extremely awesome! Thanks. :)
I have a quick question if you don't mind...
If I add a sale item from the 10th anniversary sale to my sidecart now for inclusion with my mid-August subscription shipment, will it retain the sale price, even though the sale officially ends on the 13th?
Thanks in advance.
Cosmo wrote: The items in your sidecart will be added to your subscription shipment order when it gets processed, then your store credit will be used as a payment for that subscription order.
So, yes. Your store credit will be used to pay for the items in your sidecart as well.
Thanks,
cos
Groovy! Thanks! :D
Wanting to double check something and make a change if the answer is no.
Will the items in my side cart use my available store credit along with the subscription stuff? Or will they be charged normally to my usual payment method?
If they will be charged normally, could you please remove the Rifts RPG?
Thanks.
I just put the Rifts RPG in my sidecart and it now shows as unavailable. Does that mean I got the last copy or did I just mess up and pay for something that isn't actually available?
Would it be possible to set all of my subscriptions to delay authorization/shipment until after the 15th of every month?
Sara Marie wrote: Your order 1892288 has been moved into your sidecart to await shipment with the Adventure Path shipping in January. Most excellent. Thank you. :D
Could this possibly be held to ship with the delayed Adventure Path subscription?
Sorry about that. Timing was a day off.
Please try to authorize it again tomorrow.
Thanks.

The others (Adventure Path and Maps) are fine, please don't touch those. ;) I have canceled the subscriptions, and your AP and maps subs remain intact. I have also sent you a confirmation email. Wow, that was quick. Thank you and rest assured, this is only temporary. :D

The Gray Maiden gets my vote. Though the iconic witch is a close second.
Just FYI, the novel titles, covers, and descriptions are a bit mixed up.
Specifically...
Dragons Can Only Rust (TSR Fantasy Novel) has the description that should go with The Dragon's Tomb (D&D Novel).
Half-Light (TSR Fantasy Novel) has the description of The Radiant Dragon (Spelljammer Novel).
Kingslayer (TSR Fantasy Novel) has the description of The Maelstrom's Eye (Spelljammer Novel).
Varlorian (TSR Fantasy Novel) has the description of The Tainted Sword (D&D Novel).
The Tainted Sword (D&D Novel) has the description of Beyond the Moons (Spelljammer Novel).
The Dragon's Tomb (D&D Novel) has the description of Into the Void (Spelljammer Novel).
The Spelljammer novels all have descriptions of the TSR Fantasy Novels, though I have no idea which goes with which.

Mild disappointment at the selection of Spelljammer stuff, but I still picked up the REF1 D&D character sheets and the Mage Storyteller's Screen. :D
Also, the titles, listings, and pictures are all mixed up for the TSR novels, specifically the D&D novels, the TSR generic fantasy novels, and the Spelljammer novels.
Husband and player of Reta during that session, here.
In case anyone is wondering what a goblin voice sounds like, think of a cross between Gollum from Lord of the Rings (the Peter Jackson movies), and Stitch from Lilo & Stitch.
And, just a general observation here, for some odd reason teens and pre-teens seem to be a natural fit for playing goblins. Go figure. ;)
Ah sweet Ravenloft nostalgia. Looking forward to the Spelljammer stuff, though.
Thank ye kindly. I'll check out the Freeport Companion (I'm a fan of Green Ronin as well).
Have any third party companies covered a noble style class similar to the one in the Dragonlance Campaign Setting?
I'm planning on running a Dragonlance campaign with Pathfinder soon and one of my players has expressed interest in the Noble class.
Curaigh, we're going to Gen Con as a family vacation this year, but planning for PaizoCon next year.
CalebTGordan, those are all great suggestions, thanks. :D
Rite Publishing holds a special place in our hearts, it is true (Marie has done some freelance layout and I did some freelance editing for them a few months ago). Coliseum Morpheuon is high on the gift candidate list. :D
Any other suggestions?
I'm scouting out Mother's Day gift suggestions for my wife, Marie Small, RPG Superstar Top 16 this year.
This is the first year where gaming items have been a gift option for her (the whole Superstar experience really boosted her creative confidence).
We already have all of the hardcovers in the Pathfinder RPG line as well as a fair number of modules, chronicles, campaign setting, and other stuff. I'm looking for something truly awesome and inspiring, from Paizo, or a Pathfinder 3rd party publisher.
Suggestions?
Greetings, Mr. Jacobs.
I'm mostly a lurker on these forums, but I do have a question for you. How likely would it be for some of the other Paizo staff to participate in a thread similar to this one? A "ask Lisa Stevens anything" thread, for example (I cite her specifically because I'm an avid follower of the history of the RPG industry and her name is quite prevalent in some interesting places).
Alas, I must cancel my Adventure Path subscription before it even gets started.
Order #1617158 for reference.
Financial situation has suddenly changed.
Thank you.

It looks like your order went through just fine and should ship out shortly. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
Thank ye kindly. :)
I just want to double check that this order went through. The website seemed to go down right when I clicked submit on the order. Did it process correctly?
Anniversary gift, very important. :D
Thank you.
From a DM perspective, the 3.5 revisions to how monsters were put together made them a lot easier to manage and customize in my opinion. So, just from that standpoint, 3.5 wins.
Makes me all tingly inside, yes. :D
I much prefer Space Fantasy to Sci-Fi myself when it comes to gaming. Dragonstar had a decent mix of both, though, and didn't stray as far from real world physics as Spelljammer did.
That idea has much merit. I must ponder it with due enthusiasm. :D

It'd be nifty to see Paizo do something along those lines. I'd definitely be curious to see what you've come up with if you're up to sharing any of that. I combined the concept of the Dragon Empire from Dragonstar with the council/clan structure of Council of Wyrms. Each clan controls a single world, usually (except for the bigger ones) and the council forms a senate like body that advises the emperor. They also choose a new emperor from the ranks of the Great Wyrms among them when the current emperor dies or his one thousand years is up.
If I go into too much more detail I'll hijack the thread and end up a with a way too long post. ;)

Couldn't have asked for a better first editing credit. :D
