if i would make a home rule in my game. I would probably make it a slight of hand check

Hi Halaman welcome to pathfinder. I agree with EldoG, you will be at a -2 for your 3rd range increment. Also there is a guide that you can find here http://www.d20pfsrd.com/extras/community-creations/treatmonks-lab/test2 (sorry not sure how to set it up as a link) that may help you with your leveling decisions. hope this helps

As Howie said. even with the spider climb spell you still need your hands free. That said, if your climb speed was from or like the slippers of spider climb. this would allow you to have your hands free as per the items description.

i don't know if i am just being picky, but the way i read it when you disarm you knock the weapon/item to the ground and then if you are unarmed you can then pick that weapon up as a free action. so long as you have hands that would be capable of handling items you should be able to pick the weapon/item up regardless of weather or not you are considered armed via the rules. though i think that you would still cause an Aoo for your trouble.
so i would say yes to natural weapons being able to pick up an item so long as their claws could manipulate the use of items.

i to am not a big fan of level drain. the way i handle it is to ignor the permanent side of it. i also (depending on my mood and how nice i want to be) just give the players a -2 to hit each time they fail the save, falling uncontious when there ab reaches 0 and make them fatigued. then have all conditions heal after 8hrs of natural rest. My players seem to respond to this method the best.
hope that hels abit
