Targeting isn't the problem. You can target yourself because you count as the eidolon and as the summoner. The issue with magical healing is that temporary hit points cannot be healed. Magically, naturally, ever. Unless someone visits the eidolons home plain it won't be hurt. Its hit points are just used to determine how many temporary hit points you receive when summoning it.

Then by your own argument shouldn't the fused Eidolon come back at full health every time you summon it because its own hitpoints are never truly damaged?

You just make sure to take beguiling gift and threefold aspect (to be the old crone)as spells, along with some of the wondrous poisoned apples.

If you are being allowed to use 3.5 content look into the Scout from Complete Adventurer. Increased movement by a bit, flawless and trackless step, Bonus damage for moving, Camoflauge in natural terrain, then Hide in plain sight later. Though they only get light armor as Phasics said mithral armor and an agile breasplate are a great combo. Take your two levels of rogue for the talent if you really want it.

Have you thought about taking a one level dip into rogue with the Thug archetype? it gives you the Frightening ability which extends your shaken condition from intimidate by one round and when a target is shaken for 4 or more rounds you can make it frightened for one round. Plus 1d6 of SA, not too shabby.

Oracle level 5 lame = immune to fatigue

For Oracle don't forget that 2 hit dice are equivalent to 1 level of Oracle for the purposes of their curse.

No, the trait links to race traits in the trait chapter. Your examples of elf lowlight vision versus weapon familiarity is also invalid since these are racial traits and the trait states race traits, which are not the same thing.

Hey I am looking on some helpful advice on choosing between being an Oracle of Battle or an Inquisitor. I like the imagery of the holy warrior that isn't necessarily good, and who isn't a Paladin. I am just looking for other peoples thoughts on both classes to help make my decision. The campaign this would be for would start at level 1, and the party consists of a Summoner and an Alchemist with a level of Barbarian. Thank you in Advance.
