In a high-level Evil game, my cohort is a Marilith. Since she has 6 arms, can she wear more than one set of 'wrist' items, like Longarm Vambraces and say, Bracers of Armor?

I have a player who wishes to use the Advanced Creature Template from the Bestiary (CR+1) and apply it to a human for a PC. The template gives +4 to all stats and +2 natural AC. Am I the only one who thinks this is a bit overpowered for a +1 Level Adjustment?

Can someone please tell me, without legalese, exactly what published materials I may use in creating a new product for sale? For instance, is it only the core books? Anything created under the Paizo compatibility license? Somewhere in between? I understand I need to apply for a license, I have that form, but the legal jargon stymies me.
