Hi there, I just noticed that this order defaulted into using a payment that expired (having forgotten to delete it when it did) Can you switch to the other payment option i have on my account and delete the bad card? i can't seem to be able to during the pending stage. thank you Edit: after looking over the forums, I've taken note that my sub discount was not applied as has happened to many others.
Hi everyone. I was charged for this order earlier today but I saw on my recent bank statement that I was already charged for the order back on the 28th. I messaged the bank about it but I didn’t want to forget to bring it to your attention as well, as I didn’t want to risk the bank reversing one of the charges suddenly and making it look like I was trying to not pay.
I was wondering if it would be possible to move my two Pathfinder card game sub orders from this up coming order to next months order. I'm currently on a budget this month and can't afford having all my subs come out at once but I also don't want to unsub to the card game either. Thanks for any and all help.
I've recently noticed that I have not had any of my subscriptions placed/ordered since my gencon subscription pick up. I'm rather miffed and hope you guys can help me out. I also have my last comic subscription stuck in the sidecart due to this (as it wasn't in stock at gencon at the time. Thanks for any and all help
Hey guys, I was just recently notified that I may have been charged twice for this order even though I put in the wrong number on the back of my card the first time. Not sure if you guys can see it on your end but on the card history it shows a double charge. Not sure if it'll be easier talking with you guys or the card company. Thanks for any and all help
Hi there, I currently find myself in a rather odd spot with my subscription order from the start of November. It seems that when the charge failed when the subs first trigger (lost my bank card and only just got my new card so I'm aware that my December subscription was declined) the order somehow became bugged. The items in my subscriptions are listed as ordered but I can not find any sort of order number page for the order as a whole. Is there a way you can check on it and see if there's anything wrong on my end? On a side I will be able to cover the payment for both months subscription orders come friday. Joys of holiday shopping making me forget to keep enough in the bank.
Hi there. I've been trying to buy a copy of we b4 goblins and the tup promo card but everytime I try to hit the place order button it doesnt go through. I've have them in my card for a number of days now and it still seems to be stuck for me. Please help.
I was wondering if order 3646038 has been payed for yet. I'm worried that it hasn't been yet and that I'll find myself in abit of trouble if it stays so for too much longer
Hey guys, When the option for picking up my Aug subscription came up I tried to select it but it appears that it wasn't saved and I'm being charged for them to be shipped. Did something happen to revert it back to a shipping option instead of the pick up like I wanted?
Hey guys, Order 3143527 is marked as shipped on the 11th, two days before my subscrip order shipped. I got my subscrip order on the 19th but order 3143527 has not yet arrived. It does figure that this one is my Kickstarter shipment lol. Please help.
Hey guys, I just got my batch of subcriptions in order #2912096 and after rooting around the main box and the book sleeve boxes I found that I am missing the two PFCG promos, Birdcruncher Crown and Dance with Squealy Nord. I was wondering if there is a chance that I can still get them sent out now or in my next shipment. Thanks ahead of time.
I painfully have to ask that this order be canceled. I'd love to get it but money got abit tight prepping for the hurricane.

Hey again Cos. Andrew, again lol. In order 1169198 there are two books that were payed for in a previous order. Pathfinder #21 and Pathfinder: Dark Markets were in order 1160953 back in april but for some reason were sent back to you guys by the post office. Can you adjust the price so I don't end up paying for them again? Thanks. (If I ended up double thread posting this, my internet hiccuped)

Hey Cos, I'm pretty sure everything is fixed now so can you reactive my subs. Seeing how I didn't miss a month can you combine the books from order 1169198 with this months? Thanks again for understanding the problem that came up. This is why Paizo is tops on my shopping sites. Srry for multi thread posting. Didn't know if I should have made this or post in the old.
Cos, can you suspend my subcription for now? I figured out why my card went lack of funds (the other cards were temps from family and have sinced expired). Someone apperently got hold of the replacement card for my expired one and had been using it while i was waiting on a replacement for that one. I'm trying to work this out with the bank. srry for not putting a hold sooner. this has taken longer then i thought. And when I get this sorted out can you combine this order with the next in the subcription and add the price of both together? I'm truely srry for making the order sit unpayed for so long. thank you ahead of time.

I've been wondering how everyone felt about the use of past Dungeon adventures in Spire of Long Shadows (including Shackled City) and the artifacts that have found a home in AOW. I myself think that adding the Hand of Vecna will be quite a challenge to any party. What do you guys think? |
