Stun technically is not movement impediment, it blocks subject's ability to take action (and diminishes ability to defend oneself). So freedom of movement will not help (i.e. victim is free to move but does not have any actions to benefit from that freedom).
Remove paralysis list paralysis, staggered and "related conditions". As there are hardly lists of related conditions in Pathfinder so it is GM's call if stun is related to paralysis (I would personaly said no, that it is different type of condition).
Staggered seems to be considered a milder form of stun in some instances, for example the Stunning Critical requires Staggered Critical, and if the opponent saves on Stunning Critical it is staggered instead of stunned.
I therefore think it reasonable that stun is considered a condition related to staggered, which implies that Remove Paralysis also removes the stunned condition.
