Hi! I have some items sitting in my sidecart that I thought would ship with my February subscription order, but didn't. They're also not included on the March subscription email I just received. Is there anything else I need to do to have them ship? Or are they just not available yet?

Hi! I'm trying to change the payment method for my subscriptions to a different credit card. Each time I click on Change Payment Method, I'm taken to a screen where my options are "Cancel," "Select Payment Method," and "Cancel." I *think* I'm supposed to have the payment options listed on this screen, but I'm not sure. When I click on "Select Payment Method," the website takes me back to the "My Subscriptions" page.

Please help! :)

Hi!! I thought I converted my pre-orders of the pawn collections to subscriptions, but I must not have done it right. I have 2 copies of the Rise of the Runelords pawn collection in this order, plus another copy of the Bestiary pawn collection.

Would you please correct this order so I only have one copy of the Rise of the Runelords pawn collection and no additional Bestiary pawn collection?

I'm sorry I didn't do this right....

I feel like this is probably supposed to be self-explanatory, but I don't understand and I can't seem to find the answer.

When a poison, for example, says the "saving throw DC is Charisma-based," what does that mean? Where would I find the answer?

Does anyone know when the new RPGenius site will have the Age of Worms materials added back? The old site doesn't have any of files, but the new site seems to only have Shackled City and a little bit for Curse of the Crimson Throne.

It was such a wonderful resource, and now that I'm working on Age of Worms for my group, I need as much help as I can get! :)

I'd like to purchase the Pathfinder RPG core rulebook PDF for some of my gaming friends for Christmas, but if I purchase it, doesn't the personalizer include my information? Is there a way to purchase PDFs as gifts?

I'm yet another one of those customers who didn't realize the GameMastery subscriptions would delay my entire order. Sorry!!!! Would you please separate this order into what's available today and go ahead and ship it out via UPS Ground?

I've updated my subscriptions to not hold anything, but also not to use the cheapest shipping method, since I don't have a lot of faith in the post office.
