Changing payment method for subscriptions

Hi! I'm trying to change the payment method for my subscriptions to a different credit card. Each time I click on Change Payment Method, I'm taken to a screen where my options are "Cancel," "Select Payment Method," and "Cancel." I *think* I'm supposed to have the payment options listed on this screen, but I'm not sure. When I click on "Select Payment Method," the website takes me back to the "My Subscriptions" page.

Please help! :)

I'm having the same issue as you, I just sent an email to customer service about it as well.


I am having the same issue. Sent an email to them yesterday, but yet to receive a response. Hope this gets fixed as I want to pick up my subscriptions at GenCon.

Sorry everyone! We have some bugs in the payment code that the tech team is working on fixing. These tested okay yesterday, but I'm unsure of when we will be rolling updates.

In the meantime, I can get payment methods on accounts fixed manually, so I'll start working on fixing you all.

You are supposed to have other options. This is part of what the tech has been working on fixing. Should be fixed in the near future, though I don't know exactly when. In the meantime, you can try adding a new payment method here:

https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/account/payment

There should be a box to "Add Payment Method" towards the right side of this page.

Once you get the new one added, please email us at customer.service@paizo.com with the last 4 digits of the new card, and we can make sure it gets synced up with the subscription.
