Wasn't there a Dungeon or Dragon article that added to the flaws that a character could have? If so in which issue and/or magazine was the article printed? Thanks

Can a character use a exotic one-handed weapon with both hands and receive the 1.5 ST bonus? I say they can because the rules don't forbid it.
Also, when a 4 level character (Fighter/Rogue)uses two weapons, even with the Two-Handed Weapon feat, they still do not get their full ST bonus to both attacks, they get full ST bonus with first atk and no bonus with second atk, right?

Pretty new to this whole messageboard thing, posting not lurking.:) I noticed something about the Greyhawk maps that Paizo put out last year. I notice now because now I need the maps, of course. What is the scale? There is no indication on the maps or the legend. Does anybody know? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
