Well mage armor provides a armor bonus, so it doesn't stack with the armor bonus of the eidolon.
well i read the class ability like this; if your mutagen enhance your str you get a +6 untyped bonus to str on top the same with nat armor. So in the end yyou get +10 to str with normal mutagen +12 with greater +14 with grand mutagen.
