The most interesting “object” on the sorting table is in
fact a living creature, in a sense: it’s a talking skull! Zykyryz doesn’t remember her actual name nor anything else about her life before she became a skull and wound up in the Onyx Alliance’s vault. However, she holds an impressive repertoire of arcane knowledge, and she’s convinced she can cast powerful spells—she just can’t remember how!
