Anybody else not get their .pdf from Lost Omens Special Edition subscription? I have a ticket submitted and all, but curious if it's a one off issue.

Got my auth, email into support hoping I can swap out the normal edition CotKK from my subscription for the per-ordered special edition and still get my free .pdf.

I had to email customer service to get the .pdf after my pre-order of the special edition hardcover. Got the .pdf in less than an hour, though I haven’t had a chance to review it yet.
