Zizark grew up in a cult that worshiped Dahak. He doesn't devote his life to Good, but he holds a special hatred in his heart for worshipers of Dahak.
Zizark is utterly clueless about his demon-touched heritage, or his Sorcerer ability. His casting manifests as throwing trash that he's collected, screaming nonsense in Draconic, and bad things happen to his enemies. He does nice things to balance his destructive tendencies.
