Zephir Strombjorn

Description:

Zephir is a human of Kalashite decent. He is a big man (looks somewhat like the Rock in the Scorpion King but not so big) with a long Mohawk pulled back into a braided tail. Carrying a dark iron Longspear over his shoulder in his right hand, his left is adorned with a bright steel-spiked gauntlet. He wears dusty studded leather armor, has a backpack, and a belt pouch on his right side. On his other hip, is a bright silver crescent bladed sickle. He laughs a lot and seems very easy going, but in his eyes also flash the sparks of a great storm...

Backstory:

"You have a Destiny, my little zephyr.
The great God Gozreh has chosen you. Born in the midst of a great and terrible lightning storm, you alone of the three offerings survived.

You will be his emissary to the lands of Giants. It has been seen that you will be deep in their lands, fighting to survive, against many foes. It has not been seen how well you will do...

However as with all beings of free will, that is up to you.
Train hard and fight well, but most of all PAY ATTENTION to the world around you."

'That was the Last words of the old master, he gave himself to the next lightning storm, and joined our Lord in his thundering castle...'
Pausing to take a drink, Zephir continues...

'That put me on the path that I walk today. I learned what I could from the other Brothers of Storm and took my leave to find my Destiny...
Ship berthed here, and I heard of the Swallowtail festival. Thought I'd check it out.'

....Well. I visited the festival. It was odd, party was crashed by goblins...
I heard a lot of screaming and oddly enough dogs howling in pain.
What is going on here I thought. Then I heard this disturbingly catchy rhyme... Something about biting and being food.
Little buggers caught me by surprise, stabbed the poor Tinker I was talking to in the calf and nearly crippled him. Had to corner it with my longspear and kill it. Unfortunately for me he had a friend, and damn near punctured my lung. Tinker hit him in the head with a cast iron skillet though, and we won. I patched him and myself up, and he offered to buy me a drink at the Rusty Dragon.
" And that Lady Ameiko is why I am here. The High Priest of Storms told me to travel and find my Destiny, the ship he put me on dropped me off here. After the attack on the Festival, I could feel..... Great events arising around me. Something is going to happen. Soon. I just need to keep my eyes open and take hold of it when it does..."
