Background:

Zed awoke near a broken foundry near Torch, alone and confused. After searching the area he found a broken robot along with a handful of now deceased barbarians. He gathered what remained that was useful and set off towards a strange town upon a hill with a blazing fire atop it. Perhaps he could find answers...

He learned quickly not to trust others, for soon after arriving in Torch he found himself confronted by by some locals. He was overpowered and when he awoke next he found himself inside a wagon. Alongside of which strode a fearsome Gearsman. The Technic League had found him and Zed would learn to fear and respect them.

Zed soon found himself a slave to the league within Silvermount. The magi within the league found his aptitude for magic and technology useful and so they used him like they would any other tool. He didn't trust anyone but himself and tried to make his servitude less painful by seeking to prove his worth to his new masters. It was the most logical course of action considering his predicament.

Over the years he learned to focus himself on the tasks given to him to help pass the time. He trained and studied to make himself more efficient at discovering buried relics and learning their uses. He found the teachings of Nethys interesting, magic was power, and from what he had learned from his masters it was needed to further his goals.

Zed would think on his freedom during the his night's in Silver Mount. While his master's slept he planned and waited for the right time. One day he would have the power required to make them suffer like they did to him. But for now he would wait and serve like a good slave.

Goals
Zed wishes to attain the power needed to free himself and make the Technic League suffer for the atrocities done to him since his birth.

He wants to discover more of the teachings of Nethys. For within his teachings Zed thinks he will find the answers he seeks and the power he requires.

Description:

Zed is lean and wiry with softly glowing circuits crossing his body. His long black hair is kept orderly and straight. He wears a tunic of black with silver trim and keeps a polished iron symbol of Nethys upon his neck. His face is calm and emotionless while his pale white eyes seem dull and lifeless.
