Adrian probably had more work drama, so I rolled for his crossbow as I hope someone would for me. Everyone has gone now, GM.
Zaraleva and Adrian both fire their crossbows at the next warrior that wasn't tripped. (Not prone, but in melee)
Lyraesel, you only rolled for the wolf this round. You should attack too. That would leave just Adrian's crossbow and whatever it is Zaraleva comes up with.
Did the door burn down?From 19 damage? No. But it is Broken. I now have a mental image of Byron smashing through the smoldering door, smoke wafting away from him as he stares down the cowering former cook.

Correct me if I'm wrong, please, but I also thought the ninja cook was killed because he took an AoO for drawing out an object, which means he never got to use it, so there was no secondary smoke after the first smoke cleared. Also, GM might be waiting for you to act, since everyone else did (with my begrudging help.)
Lyraesel casts Barkskin if she hadn't already and moves closer to the action. Adrian loads his crossbow, I guess? I don't think he has a reach weapon.
Zaraleva looks at Aiko questioningly, perhaps for the first time in their long friendship. " No, " she says simply. "We must press the advantage. If they want smoke, I'll give them Sarenrae smoke."

Lyraesel then follows Byron down the hall.
The wolf takes advantage of a free bite and snaps at the last cook.
He then sprints down the hall on his turn, hoping to get another attack on the coward.
Very sorry for the tough times, MT. Can we do anything to help? I can roll AoOs for the wolf and Lyr and then have them charge down the hall if they don't kill the cook.
Lyr, are the wolf and you rolling your AoO? Maybe Aiko too if she had reach? Everyone but Zaraleva also should take a turn in hot pursuit.
We should probably have the wolf charge in first, then Byron, so Zaraleva casts Shield Other on him.
Zaraleva can't see any opponents to shoot, so she tries to Aid Another for Byron's AC with her shield.
Unsure if Adrian is stepping back for healing or farther into the smoke, Zaraleva casts CLW and touches his shoulder.

Zaraleva moved up while speaking in a hushed tone with Adrian, "Well, it could happen theoretically. If a werewolf were on a pirate ship and made to walk the plank and then fought some sharks..." She quiets down when someone gives her the look.
"Anything weird about the sheep? Shapeshifted ninjas? Weresheep?"
Zaraleva loads her crossbow and readies an action to shoot the crow familiar or anyone who attacks her friends.
If Adrian was healed up by the high priest, I'm ready to make my purchase and head out. We sold all of the armbands, right Lyraesel?
I have used it to great success. The only time it went badly was when my bloodrager and the cleric were both paralyzed with fear and the undead kept hitting both of us. We both lived, fortunately. I recovered first and took off the ring. Thanks for the purchase. I'll prepare the spell.

Zaraleva channels again to help Adrian and Lyraesel and then goes back to talk to the helmet/angel/outsider. healing Adrian is at 14. Everyone else is full.
If it's safe to approach Adrian, Zaraleva moves up and uses her domain power (1d4 healing to someone who is at negative hp.)
"Anyone see anything? A summoner? Evil wizard? Druid with a grudge?" She looks side-eye at Lyraesel. This is not a joking matter, of course. She will move to Adrian after the EE falls the rest of the way. (Byron and Adrian received the previous channel.)
Truer words have never been spoken, my friend... We can check with the GM, but I think my channel stopped your bleeding.
Zaraleva gasps audibly and flinches when Adrian takes the two hits and goes down. "I'll channel and drag him out of there if you three can put this thing down." She channels, excluding the EE.
Doing a quick bot for Adrian because it's Thursday and we don't want to lose four more days.

Zaraleva places her fireball where it will hit only the EE and none of the friendlies, grounds, building, etc. DC 16 Reflex.
Aiko and Adrian, please roll initiative and, if you beat an 11, take your turn so GM can post. Thanks! GM is there a spot (maybe up high?) where I can put a fireball that won't damage the grounds but will hit the Earth Elemental?
