Is there a way to make a halfling Sling staff have a reload of "0"?

Could gravity weapon work with slings?

Maybe this has been discussed but I haven't found it in the message boards. For Treat wounds with an Expert in medicine you can attempt a DC 20 check to heal 2d8+10 on a critical success does it become 4d8+20?

But step in it self is also a single action

Ranged Reprisal Feat 1
Champion
Source Core Rulebook pg. 109
Prerequisites paladin cause
You can use Retributive Strike with a ranged weapon. In addition, if the foe that triggered your reaction is within 5 feet of your reach but not in your reach, as part of your reaction you can Step to put the foe in your reach before making a melee Retributive Strike.

Retributive Strike Reaction
Champion
Source Core Rulebook pg. 107
Trigger An enemy damages your ally, and both are within 15 feet of you.
You protect your ally and strike your foe. The ally gains resistance to all damage against the triggering damage equal to 2 + your level. If the foe is within reach, make a melee Strike against it.

Step Single Action
Move
Source Core Rulebook pg. 471
Requirements Your Speed is at least 10 feet.
You carefully move 5 feet. Unlike most types of movement, Stepping doesn’t trigger reactions, such as Attacks of Opportunity, that can be triggered by move actions or upon leaving or entering a square.

You can’t Step into difficult terrain, and you can’t Step using a Speed other than your land Speed.

Elf Step Single Action Feat 9
Elf
Source Core Rulebook pg. 41
You move in a graceful dance, and even your steps are broad. You Step 5 feet twice.

Now that the stage is set with ranged reprisal and elf step would you get to make two 5 foot steps for retributive strike as long as the foe is 5 feet of your reach.

Blade Ally only lets you add one property. You could add flaming or holy, but not both. Radiant Blade Spirit only expands the list of choices, not the number of properties added.

But you are correct that Blade Ally isn't limited by the fact that your blade is only +2. You would effectively be wielding a +2 wounding, shock, flaming sword or a +2 wounding, shock, holy sword. Neither could be created only using runes.

With Radiant Blade Spirit it says flaming and any aligned properties so wouldn't that be flaming and holy?

I do thank you for the answer to the original question though.

For the Champion it gets Divine Ally as a class feature.

Divine AllyLevel 3
Your devotion attracts a spirit of your deity’s alignment. Once you choose an ally, your choice can’t be changed.

The following are divine allies:

Blade Ally: A spirit of battle dwells within your armaments. Select one weapon or handwraps of mighty blows when you make your daily preparations. In your hands, the item gains the effect of a property rune. For a champion following the tenets of good, choose disrupting, ghost touch, returning, or shifting. You also gain the weapon’s critical specialization effect.

Shield Ally: A spirit of protection dwells within your shield. In your hands, the shield’s Hardness increases by 2 and its HP and BT increase by half.

Steed Ally: You gain a young animal companion as a mount (page 214). Ordinarily, your animal companion is one that has the mount special ability, such as a horse. You can select a different animal companion (GM’s discretion), but this ability doesn’t grant it the mount special ability.

At 10th level if the Champion has chosen Blade Ally they can take the feat

Radiant Blade Spirit Feat 10
Champion
Source Core Rulebook pg. 113
Prerequisites divine ally (blade)
Your divine ally radiates power, enhancing your chosen weapon. When you choose the weapon for your blade ally during your daily preparations, add the following property runes to the list of effects you can choose from: flaming and any aligned properties (anarchic, axiomatic, holy, or unholy) that match your cause’s alignment.

The question I wish to ask is for the Blade Ally and it states In your hands, the item gains the effect of a property rune. It simply says you gain the effect of a property rune not that it takes the slot of a property rune. So, if the champion has a +2 weapon that can hold two property runes does Blade Ally allow it to have those listed effects and two other property runes?

For example if the Champion has a +2 long sword that has the Wounding and Shock property runes on the weapon and during the Champions daily preparations chooses to make that his Blade Ally can the Champion put the effect of Flaming and Holy on that +2 long sword as well?
