Zaira does not travel on foot - She takes the time to mount up on her chocolate horse and then trots to catch up, riding behind the ulfen at his own pace. Her lance is propped on her stirrup, and the pennon streams from the end of it as she keeps an eye out on the surrounding area. She sits at attention the whole way, scanning the road and their path with her odd eyes. When he stops, though, she stops as well, shifting on her mount's back and looking towards the marsh that seems to be where their guide is headed. Survival: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (6) - 1 = 5

Zaira had slipped off to get dressed, and comes swaggering back downstairs in her breastplate and dramatic cloak, hair tucked back and eyes glossy and bright, "Ah! I see our company has grown!" She exclaims gaily, "Excellent. Who knows the way to the goblins, eh? It may be prudent to have some idea of tactics to approach if they are deeply entrenched there, yes?"

"Well, yes," Zaira gives a luxurious yawn and shake of her silky hair. She seems completely unselfconscious, smirking a bit and shrugging her pale shoulders. She squints up at the sun, and gives a little regretful sigh - she'll have to abandon her sunning to find a team. She grins at Tierce, and marches back on into the bar on her barefoot toes. Despite not being completely dressed, she oozes confidence and something akin to an aura of command, though its somewhat lessened by her lack of dramatic cloak and armor. "Who else would be considering a foray into Brinestump this glorious morning?" She asks the bar at large. She may be obnoxious, but its tempered by her smile, a bit sarcastic as if aware of her own dramatics.

Zaira is up bright and early, lounging outside the 'Dragon in a chair she brought with her, enjoying the sun, quite snakelike. She's not exactly dressed. Well, not what most people would call dressed - after all, if the intent is to sun, as much of her pale skin should be ... sunned, right? The silk slip ... thing ... is not actually indecent ... its just ... not quite decent either. She does blink her pale eyes open curiously at the appearance of Tierce and his signs though, and gets up with a languid stretch to go read one of them.

I know I just started, so it makes me very sad to say that my real life has gotten unnecessarily complicated and I need to step back from a number of things to give me time to cope ... And I won't be able to play in your game. I'm confident that you can find a great healer from your recruitment and continue on your adventure without me. Thanks so much for the opportunity and consideration, and I am truly sorry for bail g on such short notice.

Just letting you all know, tomorrow, I'll be getting on a plane to the US. So there will be a huge gap of time where I will most likely not be online. I might check in from Beijing, but I can't guarantee it. Also, I'll be in the states for about a week, and I'm sure I'll have internet at various points, but I'll also be moving stuff and visiting friends, so I might not be available quite as much as I have been. Aside from my day in the Beijing Airport I should manage once a day just the same though!

Zhenzhen is waiting in Galduria. She rode pretty hard to get past the Caravan, but she figured it'd be better than chasing them down on the road. She is quite sure that they will stop there. So, she stays at a local tavern, and keeps her ears peeled for anyone that's seen a caravan of wagons come into town. She's still waiting for that; feeling antsy. She couldn't be that far ahead of them, could she? |
