Bump? No answer?

There are a few spells that specify no saving throw, but the description reads that the spell has an effect "as x spell". Does that mean no saving throw on that effect, or is the saving throw the same as "spell x"?

For example, the normal version of the spell Ice Storm specifies no saving throw. The mythic, augmented version states that one creature within the area is paralyzed (as if by hold person). Does the creature get a will save as if they had hold person cast on them, or do they not get a save because ice storm does not provide a save?

Another example is Arcana Theft, which specifies no saving throw, but the description says it functions as targeted Dispel Magic.

Another hello from Canada! I'm new to the forum and relatively new to Pathfinder. I'm gearing up to GM for the first time, so figured I'd join and get some advice.
