Let's get a list of HUGE spiders, that would be fun to have an army with.

Remember most spiders like their prey alive.

If they do conflict you have to choose the new one.

I would say C because it isn't apart of the original weapon damage, it's in addition to.

You could get a double weapon and only have one side be brilliant energy.

I agree with Fruian you were perfectly fine, I would start to consider your friends alignment though (especially the rogue and paladin)

Do the undead lord, unless you are PFS, you get a corpse companion and you can just make it a halfling zombie

With this flavor I would say the person that makes the construct, makes an agreement with the outsider and sets like a time when the outsider would be free and he could give him a reward after it is done.

You could get some "chips" that you give to good roll players that can either
a) let them re-roll a once before the affect is determined

b) It gives them a +1 to any one die roll

So then could you cast enlarge person on it, permanency it, then cast animal growth on it?

Maybe you could say that there were some low level people exploring a cave and when they thought that they saw a skeleton they ran toward it and became so terrified that they ran away all the way back to the nearest village.

For example I would say that if a (insert your small character) (M) became medium through polymorph, and did the -dirty dance- with a tiger (F) it would be a fiendish medium tiger that is as features as the (insert your small character)

I would think that it would work but the baby would be smaller than normal. Since the enhancing is only temporary.

I think it would depend on who is the mother or father, if the one being "enhanced" is the father then I think it would be good, but if it was the mother than I think it might cause some problems in the you-know-what.

Would someone that is opposed to undead, let's say a pharasmite for example, would they be against alchemical zombies? Because the text says that they are just alchemy-powered zombies, but I could see that imply that they just "attract" the soul back in the body.

Maybe this was it?

Personally I see dolphins as dexterous not strength (that is for the sharks), I would do +2 dex +2 cha -2 str.
