I have a purchase that shows as pending due to a canx'd card. I have tried numerous times to update the transaction but it won;t let me. I've also sent 2 emails with no response. This is in regards to order #16254048
Hi! I have sent 2 emails regarding this order. I tried several to call/leave messages but the voice mail was full. I’ve added a current credit card but the system will not let me remove it. If I need to cancel the order and resubmit I can. But I need to get some direction on what to do to complete my order.
