About Yoshima

Yoshima, Shima for short, was born the first son of Lord Muteki Noboda Misamoto and Lady Muteki Oro Ryoko. His father was the leader of the Muteki Samurai clan, a family known for its long lineage, great honor and eternal service to the Goddess Shizuru.

Shima was born with bleach white hair. Which in his clan, marked him as a sprecial servant of Shizuru. As such, he was dedicated to her temple at an early age and raised as both a Samurai and a Paladin, learning the art of the Katana and healing.

Shima is dedicated to the codes of honor of the Samurai and the code of conduct as a Paladin, and is loathe to break either. He can recite his lineage all the way back to Hiroshi Makao Muteki, Scion of the Muteki clan and first Paladin of Shizuru and Shima's personal hero.

Shima is reserved, some might say snobbish, though to those who know him well, they know he is watchful and slow to speak until he is sure of his words. Tall for a Tian Dtang, he stands nearly 6', his long white hair distinguishing him from many other Dtang males. He is brave and trustworthy, his reputation for honor is known far and wide and if it is not known where he stands, it will be soon.

TRAITS:
Reactionary (+2 Initiative). While slow to rouse to anger, Shima is quick to act once blades have been drawn, moving with all haste to put himself between foes and friends.

Blessed Touch (+1 to healing done by Lay on Hands or Channel). Shima has been gifted from an early age with a calming and comforting touch that soothes his companions ailments and fears.

FEATS:
Skill Focus: Perception

Fey Foundling (+2 per d6 of healing done to Shima) Though referred to as something different in Dtang Ma, Shima's white hair symbolizes that he is more than just a man.

Power Attack(+3 to Damage/-1 to Attack) Through practice and study of his technique, Yoshima has learned how to apply maximum strength to his attacks with very little lose of accuracy.

SKILLS:
Diplomacy +9. Shima is calm and confident in his speech and dealings with others. Making it easier for him to persuade those who disagree with him and reassure those who do.

Knowledge Religion +6. Shima has studied from an early age the divine scrolls and decrees of the Goddess Shizuru and the entire pantheon of the gods.

Knowledge Planes +2. As an enemy of the hated Demons of the Abyss, Shima has begun to focus some of his studies on their habits, abilities, powers and defenses in a hope to stop them.

Linguistics +2. While traveling in a strange land, Shim has begun practicing other languages in an attempt to be able to communicate the greatness of Shizuru where possible and avoid conflicts that could be talked through.

Perception +. Shima struggles to ensure he is constantly aware of the world around him.

Sense Motive +6. Shima listens carefully to those he observes, watching them for signs of trustworthiness, deceit or duress.
