I might look up one of my Sovereign Court goals and roll it tomorrow. Had a hellish week at work this week, but also All for Immortality today. ;)

Yidric tries to hit Jiang Fei on her way to Kita. He tries nonlethal first.

Move Action
He move over to help Kita with a flank. "Press the advantage!"

Standard Action
Now that she has attacked, Yidric switches back to lethal on Jiang Fei.
Rapier Attack (Flank): 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 7 + 2 = 27 - Critical Threat
Rapier Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Crit Confirm
Rapier Attack Crit (Flank): 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 7 + 2 = 26
Rapier Damage Extra Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Also a little confused. Jiang Fei attacked Kita but she's not even close to him. As well, I'm standing right next to her, so if she moved I would get an AoO. Did you mean to attack me instead?

Of course everyone has it out for Yue Xin. ;) Next best for Yidric is Jiang Fei.

"Perhaps you can continue to teach us your Jade Ogre style. This time, I'll use my own, more refined style." Yidric hopes to get under her skin.

Double Move
Yidric gets up to Jiang Fei to protect the party from her. He pulls out his rapier as he does so.

We can rule Yue Xin right out... just sayin'.

Honestly though, to Yidric failing the mission doesn't make any sense. Especially with none of these people being royalty enough for him to care to fancy them.

"Agreed. In the presence of royalty you should conduct yourselves in a more behaved manner." Yidric believes this, but is also amused at the fact that they may prostrate themselves. Especially Yue Xin.

"We would be honored to have you along with us! Of course, assuming you can." Yidric remains hopeful.

PRINCESS?

Yidric does a bow as respectfully as possible. "I'm sure Kita has introduced us, but we are explorers. My name is Yidric. Are you the lovely princess of this palace?" Gotta butter her up as much as possible. Even the strangest of princesses are still royalty.

"Magic can do wondrous things, but I do not pretend to know what all it can do. What I do know is it can backfire just as hard as hitting the mark."

Yidric looks around. This could be a glorious place once again. Just a few touches and royalty could live here.

I was under the assumption that each of these Quests are separate days, maybe even longer, inbetween.

Hrm, she's really into this stuff...

"We will look for this scroll case then. Hopefully it has not been lost to the ages."

"I hope that rubbing helps us make sense of this nonsense."

Yidric takes the long way around.

"OGRE STOMPS AROUND!" He attacks the blue one next to him.
Unarmed Strike Attack (Flank): 1d20 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 2 = 7
Unarmed Strike Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Save is DC 10
If the Blue one is down, he would go for the last one left and not get flank.

Yidric stands close by. He feels the rest of the party has done a great job.

During the training montage... "OGRE SCARES THE FOE! Ha! Kneed again!" Yidric seems to be enjoying himself.

Afterwards... "That's a lot of information in a short amount of time. Hopefully I can remember it. I'm not used to such a close contact of fighting style, though."

"Wait, what? What are going to do to this Scorpion School again? 'Beat them to the punch?' Are we really being that direct?"

Yidric continues the rest of his thought out load, "Well, anyway, let's head back."

"And then some." Yidric seems uninterested in playing silly and petty games.

Yidirc sheathes his rapier and is ready to vamoose.

"Youch! En garde!"

Yidric yet again tries to hit the beast.

"They're just fire beings." Yidric with his Western morals. :p

"The flame attacks. Did not expect that from fireworks."

Move Action
Yidric strides down, pulling out his rapier on the way.

He attacks the flame. Targeting the one on the right side closer to most of the party.

Rapier Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

"Do we have a green one?" Yidric looks. "Perhaps not."

Yidric walks up at Myth's directions and inspects the fireworks. "Hrm. Fireworks. I've never liked fireworks."

"Perhaps so." Yidric waits for Myth's report.

Hrm, I'm so used to making casters that I forgot about light.

Yidric thinks about nightfall. "Anyone got a spell to make me glow when the times comes?"

Yidric waits behind to hide their numbers for Kita.

And now I'm back to my regular schedule.

Are all scholars this insufferable?

"The undead, you say? That is not what I wanted to hear."

"I suppose we should get this over with..."

A little early, but just to note I will be organizing the PFS portion at a local convention Thursday May 25th - Monday May 29th, so I will be either post-lite or unavailable during that time.

Botting Yidric: Pretty simple. He goes up and attacks, then does a Parry and Riposte if necessary (dice in his profile). He usually tries to help on Diplomacy with a +6 modifier.

"Hey, get back here!"

Yidric tries to run towards him, taking a shortcut through some bushes to cut him off.

Escape Artist: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25

Yidric still stays back, true to his word. Also, just posting to let you know I'm paying attention, just not posting much due to "let the rogue do his thing." ;)

"I'll join you from a distance Mythryndyr."

Yidric views Mythryndyr from a distance, letting the rogue do his thing but being there in case something goes wrong.

I'm cool with it. Yidric will do his little banter when needed.

"I feel the same way. There's nothing like viewing the original copies of artwork. Something about the historical significance in addition to the art itself that speaks of something.... inspiring."

Diplomacy (Aid Another): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11

"Yes, please show us to the guest house."

Perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

"Hrm, that calligraphy is beautiful. Wish I knew what it says, but unfortunately I don't know the local language."

"Ah, that's more like it lad! That's the spirit, man! Let's see more!"

Yidric looks at the fountain and waits for the tour-guide explanation with open ears. When Jianghong says the last bit about it, he frowns. He addresses Jianghong. "You should respect the history of this place. It's an important subject and, even if you are too naive to fully appreciate it, you should at least show effort or respect of it by not mocking it. Come on! You're not even trying! There may be those amongst you while you tour who may show interest in the arts. I do, even if I have little knowledge thereof."

"Either way, perhaps our tour could continue? I would definitely like to see more, but this time with more feeling. Have you thought of writing it down as well?"

Impressive power, and a useful ally.

"She just wants the map. What matters her motives?" Yidric seems to be intentionally goading.

I'm always a fan of just going in order, but if someone is set on one we can do it. I'm a fan of going in order because then we don't have to keep deciding. ;)
