After a character has gained an insanity through the Dread rules, there's a system for their recovery. However, is there a way for an insanity to WORSEN over time? As I read the rules, there's only a procedure for recovery -- as long as the character survives week-to-week, they'll eventually fully recover from ANY insanity gained through normal play.
