First allow me to apologize if this has been covered elsewhere. I missed it which is why I am asking here.

For those of us who are going to GenCon AND are subscribers AND would like to have this game in in our hot little hands ASAP, should we buy it at GenCon? Can we claim our subscription at GenCon? Do we just have to wait for it to be mailed?

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly.

Is there an official "Sign Language" to be taken?

Is there an official rules for creating your own language?

If there are none and it is pretty much up to the DM thats cool. I was just curious if I could save some time (and a LOT of searching) and ask.
