Does anyone know what website or tool can I create a interactive map?

Recently,I am preparing "Mummy's Mask" for my party, and I want to add something special but would't give my Player too much burden.

So I have a idea, create a interactive map and mark the message on the map's symbols, or even let them editing together.

But all I can find is create a map "base on" google map,
there's none of them I can upload the Mummy's Mask town or locate map and let myself to mark.

Does anyone know the tool or web can upload a map I have and mark?

Does ability "Panpipes" can last to next turn?

Panpipes (Su)

Three times per day, a faun can use its masterwork panpipes to augment its spell-like abilities. Doing so is a swift action that increases the DC of the next spell-like ability it uses on its turn by +2.

I search the Nethys and there are two monsters uses a swift action to active its ability , but both of them have a sentence like "(if it is cast that round)" "the obcisidaemon uses that round"

Faun's ability just said "the next spell-like ability it uses on its turn" (not "this turn")

So,does ability "Panpipes" can last to next turn or even longer?

A reading question.

In B3 Flail Snail：

Suction (Ex) .......with no chance of the flail snail falling off unless it is actively pinned and peeled away as part of a grapple.

Does "unless it is actively pinned and peeled away as part of a grapple." means

1. "A creature who grapple a Flail Snail, if it success to pin this Flail Snail , as part of pin, it can peeled the Flail Snail away."

2. "A Flail Snail who attempt a grapple check (wants to pin a creature), if success ,the Flail Snail should peeled away by doing this."

Which one is correct?

English usually confused me...ORZ

I play a PFS game build a Exploiter Wizard, but GM said
"you can't selete Extra Arcanist Exploit be your feat, because you don't have 「Arcanist Exploit Class Features」"

"But I have a 「Exploiter Exploit Class Features」 and I can get Arcanist Exploit,too"

"Sorry, their name are different, so you can't"

And my GM just believe FAQ、designer......

If I don't convinced him , there is no game can play......

Does anyone know the FAQ or Designer's word or similar?

Does Paizo said "if GM have any problem, all the GM in PFS should follow the Designer's and Venture-Captain's word in messageboard?"
