Hello,

I am attempting to order a Lost Omens Subscription starting with the May release since I already own Gods and Magic. I go through the checkout as normal, but when I get to the last step to "Place your order", it displays Order 10448138 which is where I started the Pathfinder Adventure subscription with Fall of Plaguestone.

I've received Fall of Plaguestone already and don't wish to order a second copy, but I have not found a way to remove it from the cart and the cart won't allow me to finish the order for Pathfinder Lost Omens.

Please help me, you are my only hope.

Order 15519725 was supposed to be my Adventure Path subscription and my newly-started Adventure subscription. I just checked on the status and the Adventure, Fall of Plaguestone, no longer shows up on the order. It originally did show up when the order was created last week but has disappeared sometime since then.

Could you please check the status of these orders to make sure everything is okay with them? I understand you can't give me a precise time frame for when they'll ship, but I want to know if anything is possibly holding these orders back from being shipped.

Also, if both orders are okay, would it be possible to combine the orders without putting me at the back of the warehouse's queue? It will save me a little bit on shipping, but I'd rather get them sooner than later.
