Yes, I ordered in August to get the base set, and it wasn't shipped. I called customer service in early September, and they said that it had moved to ship with my September order- and that they could move it up and ship sooner if I wanted (since it was an error). I told them I was okay with it shipping with my September subscription. That's why I was concerned that it now moved to October.
I'll wait a few days to see if I get an authorization email!

Yesterday it said that Payment method would be authorized "today" - now it's moved my AUGUST subscription shipment from SEPTEMBER to now OCTOBER. I was irritated that I wasn't getting my crap in August, but was okay with end of September. What is going on!!

I signed up for the infamous subscription on Aug 22nd. I've had a slew of problems since. I've emailed Customer Service (very inconvenient calling hours for my timezone!). The first time was on Aug 30th, then a followup + additional issues on Sept 4th. I've yet to get a response on either.
Here are the issues
1) I haven't received my subscription - I realize that you are having major issues, but it now shows that I have to wait until the very end of Sept? That doesn't seem reasonable, but if I do get it then I'll be satisfied.
2) I need to change my email address for my username. When I attempt to, it says that I need to update my birth date - but there is no place on any form that I can find to do so.
3) My Credit card has expired - and when I go in to update it - it will not save changes. I've done it numerous times.

I've loved Paizo for a long time, but now your handling of Customer Service has been terrible! How long is the turn time on answering email customer service requests? 2 weeks?
