Exo-Guardians

So I've found myself in a strange situation with my players relating to the Fungal Pilgrim Druid. Said druid has been affected by Polymorph Any Object into a Zoog and managed to complete the fight, earning enough experience to level up to 15.

At this point, the druid gains "all immunities granted by the plant creature type" from the Mycological Transformation ability. This includes immunity to polymorph.

Does the polymorph effect the druid is currently under get dispelled due to the newfound immunity, or do they remain in polymorphed form?

I am wondering whether the inquisitor/paladin spell Sanctify Armor, from the APG, is able to interact with the various non-standard armors from many of the oracle mysteries.

For example, the Wood Mystery has the Wood Armor supernatural ability, that conjures "wooden armor". Is this a valid target for Sanctify Armor?
I can see arguments for (Sanctify Armor has a target of "armor touched" and Wood Armor explicitly calls it armor) and against (The armor is merely summoned by a supernatural ability)

If it is a valid target, would it be ruled that the armor summed from the Wind Mystery, Air Barrier, while merely creates "an invisible shell of air that grants a +4 armor bonus", would similarly be a valid target for the spell?

With the addition of two more lines of polymorph spells in Ultimate Wilderness, namely Fey Form and Ooze Form, is it reasonable that spells like Greater Polymorph (Or Polymorph Any Object) and Shapechange get updated to include all the various form-taking polymorph spells?
