I show a replacement 145 shipping to you from The Place for Games on 4/6/07 and, according to their website, Dungeon 146 shipped out on 4/3/07.

Therefore, these issues should still be on their way to you.

I am happy to report that my original copy of Dungeon 146 arrived yesterday (2007-04-17).

My hopes for receiving the replacement copy of Dungeon 145 in the near future are currently quite high. :-)

I'm sorry to report that I am still waiting for Dungeon 145 to arrive (either the original or the replacement).

I've asked The Place for Games about normal delivery times to Norwegian addresses. They said "within 7-10 days, lodge a missing issue after 14 days", so even when I factor in the Easter holidays just after my replacement was shipped, I certainly ought to have received the replacement copy by now.

Is there anything I or you can do to help debug/fix this delivery issue? Is there any other way to resolve this than by attempting to send another replacement (e.g. if it's possible to reimburse this missing issue to my subscription account, I can probably still find a copy of Dungeon 145 at my local gaming shop -- however, given that my Dungeon and Dragon subscriptions will be converted to Pathfinder issues in just a few months, this will only be useful to me if the reimbursion brings my tally up enough to cover for (at least :-) one more Pathfinder issue)?

That's no sign of a Dungeon since Dungeon 144, right? That is to say you have not yet received Dungeon 145 nor 146, right?

I have received the replacement copy of Dungeon 144 (on 2007-03-16) whereas the original 144 still haven't turned up. As far as Dungeon 145 and 146 goes, I haven't seen neither any original nor replacement yet.

I'll keep you posted on any development.

Thought I'd let you know that my first subscription Dragon magazine (#355) arrived yesterday, only 10 days after the "Ships to subscribers" date given on paizo.com. That's quick -- even more so if the copy has been sent by way of The Place for Games in the UK before being shipped to me here in Norway.

This happy occurence ought to confirm that it's not my subscription address (as registered on paizo.com) that is problematic. :-)

I did notice that Dragon #355 arrived wrapped in nothing but a transparent plastic cover; I seem to recall that my earlier subscription copies of Dungeon used to arrive inside a paper envelope. If this is a recent change in how you (or The Place for Games) wraps the magazines before shipping them, I guess it is conceivable (although unlikely) that this could explain why I'm suddenly having these delivery problems with my Dungeon subscription.

To complete this status update, I've still had no sign of any Dungeon -- neither original nor replacement copies. :-(

I'm checking with our European partner to be sure he's got your address correct and I'm asking him to send you a replacement. If DU146 doesn't arrive, we may need to get a different address to ship these to. Please keep us posted and thanks for being so patient.

Please note that my subscription address haven't changed since my Dungeon subscription started, and I've only recently begun experiencing these delivery delays/failures. Hence, I think my subscription address is good.

Thanks for the reply, I'll keep you posted on any development.

A month ago, I complained that my Dungeon #144 hadn't arrived. A replacement copy was sent (Thanks!), which I received on 2007-03-16 (addressed to my regular subscription address, but in handwriting -- so that's how I know that this was the replacement copy). I still haven't received my original copy of that issue.

Now, as it turns out, I still haven't received any copy of Dungeon #145, neither. According to the magazine shipment status page of your European redistributor, they sent the issue to European subscribers on 2007-03-06 -- a month ago tomorrow.

I'm starting to suspect that these delays (which at least for the case of Dungeon #144 looks more and more likely to be a lost-in-the-mail occurence) are becoming the norm for me, which would be disheartening, as I've recently become a subscriber of Dragon as well as Dungeon.

Could you please check whether there is something wonky with my subscription data at your European redistributor? And, also please send me a replacement copy of Dungeon #145?

I'd also like to chime in with a "My Dungeon 144 is missing, have you got any idea where it could be?" request.

Also, I'm wondering if European subscribers also receive their copies directly from the US-based printer, or if there's some bulk shipment to a Europe-based re-distributor involved?
