Coordinate:The Charismatic hero has a knack for getting people to work together. When the hero can spend a full round directing his or her allies and makes a Charisma check (DC 10), the hero provides any of his or her allies within 30 feet a +1 bonus on their attack rolls and skill checks. The bonus lasts for a number of rounds equal to the hero’s Charisma modifier.

The hero can coordinate a number of allies equal to one-half his or her Charismatic level, rounded down (to a minimum of one ally).

Background:

William Huntington's life prior to the “Pandora Directive” is a complete mystery, the secrets of which are only known by a select few within the shadowy organization, he has been told that he willingly gave up his former memories to facilitate the unlocking of his psionic abilities. William's earliest memories are of his days with his handlers at Pandora, training his mind and learning obedience. He has long since learned disobedience is not tolerated and has gained a sense of security in his rigid training, which is not to say his life has been all bad, obedience is rewarded and while the rest of Terra had plunged into chaos, wondering where their next meal would come from, William's needs have always been met.

William is the product of a new philosophy within Pandora, rather than try to replace an entire squad with one man, they are training one man to boost the abilities of an entire squad. This training is not without side-effects however, due to William's empathic/telepathic nature he often takes in surface thoughts and emotions from those who he aids, this side-effect most often manifests as a strange flash into a trance like state wherein William will often speak in unison with and in rare cases parrots a verbal description of the emotional state of those whose efforts he coordinates or inspires in what can only be described as a psychic hiccup.
