Thalyn and me casts light spell and Ocham says: "hmm, I will cast it too."
I mentioned to him that "you have that fancy new lantern with you. Isn't it good time to light it"? You can never know...".
Ocham think's that it is actually a good idea, so he did it. And there it is. An ancient Vampire with a sword, which is bigger than dragon's... tail, and everypody is like WHAAT THE SHI-
This was one of my favourite minor encounters in the campaign. Just loved Kusasfa and I really liked the way he was lost in time at times. Poor undead, nearly felt pity for him. As a player.
Thalyn couldn´t see any reason for walking several dozens of miles in jungle having 10 hours of duration of wind walk left. The other party members (or at least Adolamin and Faenor) preferred more mundane means of travelling so walk it was. The mokobos we met was nearly worth the walk however, so strange monsters they were and Thalyn got an opportunity to rise some really serious lizard from the murky swamp waters. Dire crocodile having frog dinner is such a inspiring sight...
