Background:
Welkin was born to high nobility in the Duchy of Zeon but his parents were exiled while he was still very young, they move to another coloni in side 4 where they lived untill Welkin was old enough to enlist in the military under a false name to avoid any suspicion. During his first year his parents died when the spaceship they were traveling with crashed. With his paretns gone he decided to ignore the fact that they were exiled, and make himself a carriere as a Gundam pilot.
