Since I'm the one who made the comment about not subscribing, I'll point out that this issue (the pdf of the Greyhawk feats) is one of many reasons. I bought the back issues once teh Living Greyhawk campaign stated that they would allow the feat usage, but I've still been waiting, for months now, for a promised pdf.
I subscribed, a great many years ago, to Dungeon and recieved only 4 of my 12 issues. I've spoken to a couple dozen other people who have had similar experiences, and I've seen numerous posts on various message boards about the same thing over the years.
Call the PDF issue a hope that things were changing. It appears that its not and I'll just save my money.
