1. Can a non-Tiefling use the Reckless Aim feat, if they meet the prerequisites: PB Shot & Precise Shot?

The introductory paragraph to the feats section in Blood of Fiends states: "At the GM’s discretion, other appropriate characters [Non-Tieflings, I'm assuming] may make use of some of these new feats."

2. Is the Reckless Aim feat PFS legal for a human gunslinger to use, provided they already have PB Shot and Precise Shot?

Anyone know if PFS has a stance on this?
I know the feat was a bit vague in its wording, but I'd love any clarity y'all can bring.

What type of action is it to take an item out of an easily accessible bag, i.e. take a potion out of a belt pouch?

Move action? Swift action?

I've looked at the belt pouch description, and at the movement section, but haven't been able to find it.

Oh! I didn't know PFS ended at level 11/12!
That's a relief, and helps me feel better about picking the Warpriest.

I am new here, so I apologize if I missed something in the rules, or an obvious answer.
I'm trying to build my first character, and I chose to make a Half-Orc Warpriest, but I read that they don't scale well past level 10 or so, especially if you just go a 2-hand weapon build. (which is what I was planning, because duh: Greatsword=2d6?? looks so good to at level 1 to my newbish eyes)

Which classes should I choose from, if I want a useful character late-game?
Which classes/builds are best for a first PFS character?
