Regarding ORDER # 2581328

I have not received this yet, It states that the status is "Shipped via Standard Postal Delivery" and I'm trying the 'track this package' link, but I'm not getting easy to understand results.

can you help me figure out what the status of this order is?

Thank you.

Wade.

This is what it says when I click the 'tracking' link:

"Tracking information for this piece is unavailable at this time. Tracking may take 24-48 hours after your mail piece has shipped. Please check back at a later time for additional information.

If tracking is unavailable after 3 days, please contact your shipper."

I was very exited about Paizocon, unfortunately, events have conspired to not allow me to attend. :-(

My grand mother passed away and we had her funeral a 2 weekends ago. I work for a family owned business, and we have really been putting in the extra time during the funeral arrangements, and now it seems we are playing 'catch up'.

I'm the primary salesperson for the company, and really can't leave to take a break for paizo con.

I'd been hoping that I could right up till now, but, alas, it's not in the dice.

So, I'm wondering if there is anyway that I could get 'store credit' and turn back in my paizo Con Ticket, and Paizo con banquet ticket?

I understand if it is too late, but, if it's not too late, I'd really appreciate the refund - store credit would be perfect.

Thank you for considering it.

I have looked for a message board dedicated to the VTT that Paizo announced at their last Paizo Con, but I see nothing... I did a search in the forums, but most of the posts were from 2010 or earlier...

isn't there a forum dedicated to it? is there a thread at least where folks are talking about it?

is it even a thing? or, did the MMO take up all the time of the Devs formerly dedicated to the VTT?

thanks for any info.. once upon a time I was really stoked about this, but I can't seem to find any information on it.

thanks again.

I had my characters do a 15 point point buy, or they could chose to do a standard roll 4 D6 drop the lowest D and assign the stats as they liked, (but if they chose that route, they had to keep what the rolled, no going back to point buy if they didn't like that 6 in Str. :-P )

Anyway, I have searched the Adventure path, and can't seem to find a place where it recommends a Character build system and I was surprised that it wasn't right at the start in the forward or something...

I also have varying opinions at the table from the players some who want 'more points' and some 'the roll player' who like it just the way it is.

of course, I have full Veto power, but I kind of wanted to settle it by saying 'it's designed for... '

but alas, I can't find a 'character design document' other than to use the medium advancement XP track.

I'm I missing something? is it in there? or is this just something that the designers figured a GM would just know because he'd ran all the AP's before? (this happens to be my first Experience with Pathfinder... I'm loving it so far!)

Thanks,

zWolf.

A. I see it on the Character sheet, but other than:

'Base Attack Bonus (BAB): Each creature has a base attack bonus and it represents its skill in combat. As a character gains levels or Hit Dice, his base attack bonus improves. When a creature's base attack bonus reaches +6, +11, or +16, he receives an additional attack in combat when he takes a full-attack action (which is one type of full-round action...)

I don't seem to find information on how to establish what it is... it kinda sounds like it's just your level.. but why have a number that is the same as your level? why not just say 'your level'?

anyway, the back of the book refers me to the page with that blurb on it, in Character Creation I don't find anything... but yet it is so essential, I feel that I am totally missing some big section on 'base attack bonus' or something.

Can some one help me a bit with some more detail? perhaps a page number that has more info on it or something?

and most of all, how do I determine what it is, and how to advance it as the characters level like, "add one point per level? 3 points? or what?

Thank you,

Greetings, (I bet it's hectic, right after Paizo Con and all, I'll try to be brief...

Since I failed in my 'Attempt at briefness' I made a summary:

/Summery Start

I didn't get to go to Paizo and had to work instead... it made me sad. I lined up Buyers the day before the con for my tickets via the Forums, I couldn't figure out how to transfer the tickets. And couldn't get a hold of Support to help me. (as you were Busy with the Con I'm sure,)

The Request:

I'm hoping that Paizo out of the kindness of their hearts, will refund me the funds used for the un-used tickets and let me use the $50 towards PDF purchases.

/Summary End

--- Verbose Method --- Start ---

I was so exited to get to go to Paizo Con this year, alas I work for a small family owned business and due to several events, I ended up needing to stay here in Idaho to work instead of play at Paizo con. I was very sad.

I DID get on line and get on the boards and I found several people that were willing to pay me for the $50 worth of tickets that I had, (a Ticket to the Banquet, and the 3 Day show ticket.)

I immediately attempted to contact Paizo to find out how best to go about transferring the tickets... I was just selling them at the cost that I paid for them, I really wasn't trying to 'scalp' them or any such thing. My attempts to contact Cust. Service were in vain however, most likely due to the fact that every one was at Paizo con of course.

Durring the first day of the Con I found out from the first person on my list that wanted the Banquet ticket, that X-changes were not being done anymore and that the tickets of those unable to attend were going to be distributed first come first serve... I'm not sure if they had to pay again for the tickets again, or if they were just handed out for free...

Anyway, I'm just wondering, if there is anyway, that I could get an in store Credit Useable on PDF's for the $50 that I paid for the tickets? I understand that the event is passed, but the only reason I'm asking, is that I really did have a way lined up to recoup those funds (50$) and allow others to participate in the goodness that is Paizo Con, but wasn't able to execute the plan because Y'all were busy at the Con. (certainly understandable,)

I truly hope that you will consider the request, if there is another product line that would be less impacting to your business, than PDF's I'd certainly be willing to do credit for that and pay for shipping or what ever, I'm just assuming that PDF's might be the least impact full to your bottom, line, and they would make me feel so much more warm and happy inside... as they could attempt to fill the Void that not attending the Con has left in my soul...

Thanks for considering it!

Thank you,

Wade Hone (zWolf on the Forums)

It looks like I ended up having to work instead of getting to play with you all in Seattle, sigh.

I'm signed up for some events, if anyone know's how I should go about letting the even organizers know I'm not attending... (I'll check my schedule page and see if there is an easy way to sign out of an event,) I'd appreciate any guidance here, I'd hate to have some one expecting me and then me not show up... I know there was at least one event that had 7 places, that I was in that I need to make sure they know I won't be at.

Also,

I have my 3 Day tickets, (but I think there were plenty of those,) but I guess my Banquette place is open...

I'm not sure how i'd go about getting the ticket to you... but if you know how, I'm willing to fork it over in exchange for what I paid for it.
