I'm now at 1200 XP, (that is including everything up to the bugbear) and I am the one with the most experience. Still need 800 XP before leveling. I suggest we continue exploring the cave, as there is a passage to the south, and a mysterious door next to the entrance. Also, is there a passage in the top left of the cave where we fought the goblin leader?

I moved some character around based on the text posts above.
Eal and Krakkagar both mentioned watching the creature from the shore, so they must have been close to me. Also, I believe if I attack him with my shurikens I have a -8 to hit. And swimming and fighting from the water is not an option, so good luck

I believe only Eal has not said what he is going to do. Also Krakkagar, can you identify that creature in case it decides to attack? GM Polygoon probably knows the relevant knowledge.

Navika, try to pick up a simple level 0 spell like daze or flare. Those do not require a to hit roll, and weakening the enemies attack power is always usefull.

moved my character initiative Vortok: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 Edit: Good news everyone. You go first. Vortok's AC for this fight is 22 If anyone has a flask of alchemist fire or acid, or another attack that can hit multiple targets at once, this is the time.

Let the ranged characters move first, maybe they can get the first shots off, and then the close combat specialists can enter into melee range. Also let's make sure we leave some room open for the archers, last time they couldn't do anything with the total of -8 on the attack roll

Is the mage armor still active? In that case I suggest killing the goblins, to prevent having to fight whatever is behind the door while we have the goblins in our back.

@GM Polygoon I don't speak for the others, but is it an idea to roll Grognar's fate, the treasure rolls and other kinds of rolls where the player can't look up the result by yourself to save time? You post the roll and the effect in one post instead of asking a player, have the player roll, you have to look up that roll in a table and then post the result of that roll.

You can let Xilanfur do a 5-foot step between attacks and let him attack the second goblin if at any time that would be more efficient. If you do that after his bite attack I believe both goblins are dead now, as the first has an AC of 12, because he is prone, and suffered already 2 damage. After the first attack he is at zero. And with the other two attacks you kill the second goblin
Monk 1 HP: 10/11 AC: 16 | T:16, | FF: 13 | CMB: +3 | CMD: 19 | F: +5, R: +4, W: +5 | Init: +2 | Perc: +7, SM: +7 |Darkvision Lootsheet
The only way you can shoot over someone's head is if he is 1) smaller than you, and 2) you are closer to the blocking guy than the enemy is. The guy in the middle is then 'Low Cover' I suggest you ranged guys sit this combat out, can't take long with two goblins remaining. In the next combat we will make sure you have room to shoot. That is the drawback of a party of 6 (7 if you include the familiar) against 3 goblins, there will be sometimes characters who can do very little.
Monk 1 HP: 10/11 AC: 16 | T:16, | FF: 13 | CMB: +3 | CMD: 19 | F: +5, R: +4, W: +5 | Init: +2 | Perc: +7, SM: +7 |Darkvision Lootsheet
No problem. Small tip for all ranged characters: Prone characters and monsters get an +4 bonus to AC against ranged attacks, but a minus 4 against melee attacks. So don't shoot at prone characters, but try to hit them with your sword/axe/monk fists/etc. Also shooting in combat is very difficult. First you get a -4 because the target is in melee, (the feat precise shot eliminates this) and an additional -4 if a creature is in the way of the target. (Any friends on the battlefield count as a creature for this rule) So shooting at a prone character who is in melee while a friend is blocking line of sight gives you effectively a - 12 to hit. GM, is Navika allowed to change her last attack because she did not know this? (technical detail, officially a character standing in the way gives the target a + 4 AC bonus and being prone an additional +4 AC bonus, but for less calculation errors, I usually apply those minuses on my attack roll instead.)

Eal Longwalker wrote: range increment for a longbow is 100 feet, so no range penalty at 12 squares, I think. Probably a miss anyway, if Grognar provides cover for the goblin (+4 to AC). The vines gave you a - 2 to hit, not the range

Vortok charges straight for the nearest goblin. X 32 to Y 40 , the goblin in the middle. attack: 1d20 + 3 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 3 + 1 + 2 = 20
That is one dead goblin My AC is now 18 for this round because of the charge and mage armor
