I thought I'd be rather disappointed with the stave entries this year since people had been dissuaded from trying it unless they had a really cool idea, but it seems that people have surprised me with some pretty cool ones. You usually see wizards and sorcerers as the predominant staff users but I'm seeing a lot of druid-themed ones and the nature-love is making me happy :D

That and memorable ways to kill them off horribly. Usually in equal parts.

I'm sitting here looking over the completed object and wondering from as many perspectives as I can if everyone else will think it's as cool as I do. I certainly hope so. Making top 32 on my first entry would be a spectacular achievement in my eyes. That and hoo boy, I feel like the Rain Man of creating magic items now.
It's not so much the formatting itself that I'm worried about, but I will certainly take him up on that offer just to be safe! Thanks!
