I was assuming that with 400k at my disposal I could get around the sunlight issue (permanent Protective Penumbra, a big floppy hat in case of dispelling, cloaks and such). I think we should rule Drow Nobles to count as a template, also. They're already very powerful (11+hd SR) and combined with a template would be silly. EDIT: I also don't know overmuch about the setting. Is there anything we really should know ahead of time about it for optimization purposes?
Yeah, I also have that question. What's in parameters? Can one have a Vampiric Drow Noble with the half-dragon template? If there isn't some sort of cap on this I feel it will be very silly very quickly.
I'll be recycling this Alias into an evildoer with the same basis. Since you're allowing a lich I'm assuming a vampire is fine, but let me know if not. I've got most of the character finished, but items take a while and he'll probably have leadership to really get optimized- I'll finish by tomorrow evening. The build is a Vampire Antipaladin 2 / Arcane Duelist 15. With Charisma dictating HP *and* saves, the antagonize feat, and fast healing 5, not to mention the AD/Vampire bonus feats, he's a crazy tank/battlefield controller who buffs himself and allies. If Drow Nobles are allowed I'd use on of those, but barring that human as the base race.

CrazyHedgehog, you mentioned selecting traits from the APG. The traits I'm interested in are not from there, but are on the SRD and are from published Paizo products, not third party material. They are Blade of Mercy and Extremely Fashionable. Both I think would fit the character quite well, but if you have a problem with one or either of them I'll switch to stuff only from the APG, just let me know. Blade of Mercy requires worship of the goddess Serenrae, but I was hoping I could transfer it to Heironeus, Pelor, or one of the other good-aligned gods from the 3.5 core pantheon. Again, I can change it if it's a problem.
