Does Greater Weapon of the Chosen works with Charge?.

I have a Bard/Archane Archer Drow.

I found to have myself with a Planar Anarchic Endless Ammunition Composite Longbow(2) +5.

So, the arrows I shot could be modified by the enhacements the class give me. Like they Be: Icy Burst and Holy, besides the Anarchic and Planar?

I have a question, metamagic could be applied to a spell that give you more damage on hit Like Elemental Touch, and that all the damage dealt by the spell. Would be modified by the metamagic during the duration of the spell?.

I think it will only work on the first use of the magic.

I like the slow effect and let her upgrade it to flesh to stone at level 12 or something, Thank you very much guys.

Basically she wants the turn to stone thing, im no quite sure to let her use that, so im trying to do it like once per day or something, also she wants the looks, i have no problem with that but im kinda stuck in matter of offense/defense and if i should give her bonus/drawbacks on scores.

One of my players wants to be a Madusa or Half-Medusa, and im not sure how to make the Half-Medusa race, Any ideas?.

F/E: A wizard cast Ray Of Enfeeblement. The Wizard Necessarily becomes Evil, because it's a Necromancy spell?.

Another Example:

A Paladin cast on himself Bed Of Iron, Does he loss all his Paladin powers because it's a Necromancy Spell?.

I've been arguing about it for a couple of days with a friend because of that, i really appreciate the help.
