About Velr-Fex
"The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. If you can fake that, you've got it made."
Velr-Fex III travels about in his starship known as The Museum, which is about the size of a small city, and gathers products and unique spaceships from all around the world. Despite the scope of his collection, however, he remains rather unsatisfied about it. His greatest dream is having one exemplar of every spaceship ever created - even though he himself created some of them.
He claims to be a friend of the goddess Desna herself.
