@Ancient Dragon Master: I have not increased the RP to 15, primarily because I have never done it before and don't know how other than replacing one of their racial traits with and alt racial trait, which I don't really want to do.

As for having to be three generations or less I have no idea about that either. The Bastard trait only states that "One of your parents was a member of one of the great families of Brevoy, perhaps even of the line of Rogarvia itself." - I do however have to go back and add the bonus to will that comes with the trait.
